YEARBOOK TO BE DEDICATED TO DIANE HANSARD In September the Symphony League of Beaumont lost a treasured friend, longtime Personnel Chairman, Diane Hansard. Diane joined the League in 1984 and served on the Board from 1988 until her death. Diane was a linchpin of our organization; a central and cohesive source of vital information without which the League could not function effectively. “Call Diane Hansard” was the first advice most new committee chairmen were given. Diane’s grace and good humor in the face of physical challenges inspired us all. To say shewill be greatly missed far understates our sense of loss. The Symphony League of Beaumont lovingly dedicates the 2005-2006 Yearbook to her memory. MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR DIANE HANSARD A memorial service for Diane Hansard will take place on Saturday November 19, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church 680 Calder, Beaumont Texas. The previously scheduled service was postponed due to Hurricane Rita.
