JEWEL BALL
 For
over 50 years the Women’s Symphony League of Austin has sponsored
the Jewel Ball. The ball is a tradition filled state-wide event
which allows leagues to honor families who have supported their
symphonies. This year the Symphony League of Beaumont is proud to
be represented by Miss Caroline Lee Maida daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Frank John Maida. Miss Maida’s jewel color is emerald. A student
at Texas A&M University in College Station , she is a business major
and a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. She would like to follow
in her father’s footsteps by studying law. She spent the summer
as a counselor at Camp Mystic. We are so pleased to be invited once
again to participate in this event and to have such a lovely jewel.
