AMENDMENTS TO
BYLAWS AND POLICIES PROPOSED
The Executive Board has approved proposed amendments to the Bylaws and Policies of the SLB. The proposed amendments are the product of work by a committee appointed by President Barbara Brookner and composed of Frances Bethea, Jan Lamb, Linda Ireland, Sheryll Plaia, Allison Nathan Golias, and Sonya Coffman. The goal of the committee was to clarify League procedures and policies as expressed in the governing documents. The changes to Policy require approval of the Board and will be voted on at the April meeting. Amendment of the Bylaws requires approval of the membership and will be submitted for approval at the general meeting on May 4.
