SYMPHONY YOUTH GUILD

Sunday, August 15th area high school students attended the Symphony Youth Guild orientation and sign up meeting. Youth Guild members assist the Symphony League in its projects, foster and encourage musical education and help develop an early appreciation of the Symphony. They also serve as ushers at the performances of the Symphony of Southeast Texas and as volunteers at the Symphony League's String Competition. Members receive service hours for performing these duties. If you missed the meeting and would like your son or daughter to be a member of the Youth Guild, please call Cindy Dishman as 866-7478 to sign up. It is not too late.
