SPRING TEA

Have you ever attended the perfect party? Well I have. It was orchestrated by Johnnie Broussard and Tenna Anderson for our Spring Tea honoring our 2003 debutantes and their mothers.

Johnnie and her army of volunteers Monica Broussard, Mary Jo Ford, Cathy Gober, Judy Hallemann, Nancy McGrade, Brenda McMakin and Kim Perkins “wowed” us with the extraordinary event. Imagine bunnies at the door to welcome you, butterflies and nets to capture your heart, fabulous food, flowers and friends all set in the beauty of Tenna Anderson’s home.

Our 30 new Debutantes are beautiful, poised and excited about the upcoming year. I keep wondering what I can teach them. Their mothers have obviously done a wonderful job of influencing these young women.
